Hey this was a really good article, i actually deal with severe anxiety and its so bad it hurts my quality of life and sometimes i cant even leave the house. I try to stay positive and determined but it happens randomly and i cant control it. The biggest part that really effects me is when i am shopping in a super market i get dizzy all the time and i feel like crap, im hoping things get better and i hope i can finally succeed at something!

Thanks Justin, I totally appreciate your feedback. Sounds quite debilitating your anxiety. It’s excellent that you’re able to put this out on a supportive network like WA. The story of your journey through it can become healing not only for you but for others. All the best.

When big decisions come up it’s hard to know what is the best choice. I know I’ve often felt crippled by big decisions and all the possible outcomes.
I agree it helps a lot to talk it out and write out each option on paper. It helps to map out each scenario and give yourself the time necessary to really decide what would be best
